at The Cornwall Wine Fair 13th & 14th MARCH 2012
If you are looking for a light fresh white wine, a fruity rose, a full rich red, or if you cannot resist a tingling Prosecco, then The Cornwall Wine Fair is the place to be this spring. With over 300 hundred still and sparkling wines to taste this year’s fair looks set to be another massive hit.
The 2012 Cornwall Wine Fair is being held at one of the region’s premier venues, The China Fleet Country Club, Saltash on Tuesday and Wednesday March 13th and 14th. Just ten minutes from Plymouth overlooking the Tamar the club offers visitors a spectacular location and ample free parking. Taking Centre Stage at this year’s event are some of the leading winemakers and growers from around the world and Castang Wine Shippers staff will be giving some expert advice on wine selections.
Organised and hosted by Castang Wine Shippers of Looe, one of UK’s leading independent wine merchants, the fair has a reputation for being a great day out and gives guests the opportunity to sample wines from around the world in a relaxing setting. Expert wine makers will be on hand including Luis Marculeta, producer of Rioja and Navarra wines; Cyrus Tchahardehi representing his Burgundy and Beaujolais houses; Frederic Maurin from Cave de Sigoules in Bergerac
and Socave in Bordeaux; Francois Lieubeau Muscadet producer. One of the largest free tasting events in the UK will include wines from the best up and coming regions in both Europe and the new world The fair is a key event for hoteliers and restaurateurs who use the tasting experience to help select house wines and fine or unusual wines for their new season wine lists. It is also a great opportunity for private clients to source new delights and fill their cellars and wine racks, and for corporate clients to make their business selections

A selection of 350 wines from around the world will be available for tasting
and purchase. Tasting booklets will be provided.
This well established event is now a "one stop shop" for hoteliers
and restaurateurs to make selections for their wine lists and menus, as well
as providing all wine enthusiasts with the opportunity to taste the widest
possible selection of wines. Many leading industry experts will be on hand
to give advice
Admission to the wine fair is by ticket only. Tickets for
the wine fair are free, and are available on request from
Castang Wines or by downloading an invitation TICKET.

the China Fleet Club?

is a wonderful location just one mile from the Tamar Bridge.
| If you are approaching China Fleet from Cornwall on the A38, take the slip road at the mini roundabout just before the entrance to the tunnel. Turn left at the next junction. The Club is signposted from here. |  |
