Small over-ripe grapes rich in flavour are harvested in November. The wine
is fresh, lively and rich in aromas. Golden yellow in colour, the wine is
fine and
elegant with a nose of honey and ripe peaches. Supple in the mouth, sweet and
luscious, but with clean acidity. Serve as an aperitif, with foie gras or with
dessert.

The wine exhibits exuberant aromas of citrus fruits, almonds and hazelnuts

The Merlot produces a delicious fruity wine with lots of body. Firm, yet soft

Beautiful deep Syrah (Shiraz) colour. An intense bouquet of blackberries with
