Clean and bright, yellowish in colour with shades of gold. Very expressive nose, with floral aromas, and notes of peaches and medlars. Creamy on the palate at first, soon becoming very crisp and mouth filling.

Hints of violets on the nose, and ripe sweet fruit in the mouth with a splash of spice on the finish.
